Is your camera less than 1 year old? If not, I don't think you have warranty coverage. As for regluing, it's an easy fix. Remove the old glue from the rubber and camera body. Apply rubber cement to both surfaces and hold them in place until it dries. I got my cement from Lowe's but it's available at any hardware store.
