Just wondering about how this happened?
Was it a case of "knocked over" or as I have seen tripod on slope with 2 legs forward (ie down the slope side of the rig) I saw a clip where the advice was always put the single leg on the downslope side, as then the whole thing will have to rise over it to fall, rather than just rolling over the 2 legs.

Just a thought, but you probably knew that tip already
