Brian,

What kind of radius are you talking here and are you using that radius only when you're dealing with noise? I'm using 1.0 for my D60 RAW files.

I REALLY appreciate your explanation of how you handle noise. It has helped me make a decision about the replacement of my D60 (looking now for a used D300s).
