The d200 is not known for its noise handling, but below 800 I have never worried about it. At ISO 800 and above, I always dial in a +0.3 EV to help eat the noise.

Better a noisy picture than a blurry one. Noise can be handled in post processing, not so much with motion blur. Converting to black/white also helps hide the noise.
