The D300 has live view (it was released before the D90).

Just remember, it is much better to frame your photos with the viewfinder on a DSLR. Holding the camera out at arm's length to use live view does not get you good shots, it is too difficult to hold steady. Live view has uses, for manual focussing for macro shots on a tripod for example, but generally it is far better to use the viewfinder.
