They look good to me. One thing about shooting at 500mm is that you actually have very little depth-of-focus at f6.3. Also, 1/125th of a second may be a little slow, even taking care and using a monopod.

I checked a depth of focus chart, and DOF at 500mm at 20 ft. and f6.3 is actually only about one inch!
