This has been a good exercise for me to better understand how ADL works. It applies to all cameras.

When the weather improves, I'll do some more testing with situations that have a dynamic range that exceeds my camera sensor capability. I'm also going to try some test images that are under exposed and over exposed through exposure comp. I'd like to see what happens to mistakes with ADL. Then I plan to take it into post processing and see what happens when I try to apply shadow recovery to ADL images.
