I wish you luck. It's the backward pressure of the batteries against the clip that wears the clip's right angle tab out.
When you open the door, the main clip stock will be in place and the battery pushes out the tab that rests on the back of the battery.
I am quite livid actually, that Nikon does not appear to have changed the material that the clips are made out of. If it weren't for the fact that the batteries are automatically switched on the MB-D200, I would get a jobber.
Since the D200 is a backup now, that helps ease the pain a little.
