After explaining the situation to them (unit and support, both defective), they offered me store credit (which I declined) or a refund (only after I declined the credit). They usually don't get defect return/refunds. Its usually an exchange for a new one. BTW, the refund is for merchandise only, not shipping, which I still had to pay for the return trip. Oh well.
I will say that D-store.com was prompt with their delivery and easy to deal with in the return and refund. Would I buy from them again? Yes.
