Your adjustment numbers suggest a consistent -12 to -15 difference between the two cameras. Since you have not hit the -20 mark, you still have adjustment room. However, if you don't like the numbers being that large, you can ship the D3X to Nikon and they will make some adjustments to move the numbers closer to zero.
