I don't think many photographers worry about changing in a "clean room" or limiting lens changes to one per shoot. Just how bad is the dust? Can you post an image that shows the extent of it? What camera do you have?

Dust is something you have to deal with. You'll get dust if you never change the lens. A few specks can be cloned out easily.
