I voted for CF, mainly because I can use the same card in both my D4 and D800e. Also I can back up CF cards in the field with my HyperDrive ColorSpace UDMA2 portable hard drive. To back up XQDs I need to go through my XQD card reader to my laptop.
I realize that XQD are faster than CF. That does not affect the burst rate but does affect the length of the burst. How much difference do you see between the two card types in the number of 10fps shots in RAW before the buffer limit is reached? To me this could be the most important factor.
Obviously the card speed affects the time to empty the buffer and return to another shooting burst.
