D4 Autofocus problem

You bring up an issue for this 59-year old.

So it is bad enough, to have two cameras, a D2h and a D700.

But then, I wear glasses, so I wore my glasses and set the diopters. Then went to the other camera at a different time and did not have my glasses, so I set the diopter without. Then they were off from each other and I reset the diopter.

But then on the opposite one, I don't have my glasses, so I set it to what the OTHER ONE was set at.

Why is a simple process seem so difficult for me to manage?
