D200 shutter is rated for 100,000 average, not 150,000.

My D1H was rated for 150,000, and started to become unreliable at some undetermined number of frames probably below this. It was around $300 to replace the shutter (not at Nikon).

It's common for shutters to go longer, or even shorter than the average. Canon has the same problem with early shutter failures, probably even moreso than Nikon.

Buy a D3 that's under 200K and you should be ok. 150,000 or less for extra peace of mind.
