Don't want the video... don't use it. No biggie. You might also consider a D700 (FX but no video), D600 (video, but half the price), or even a D3s (video but cheaper and very fast and nearly as good ISO performance).

ANY modern camera with the capabilities you're asking about will shoot video. Just ignore it if you don't want it.
