Hi Mike,

The feature is called, AF Fine Tune and it appears on page 359 of D4 User Manual. It is accessible from Setup menu on the body (2nd last option).

Essentially, you can fine tune the focus point for upto 20 lenses you use with that body. So, if you know that a particular lens, say 70-200mm was back focusing, you can adjust focus point forward to compensate. Once it is set, your camera remembers that setting for your future use.
