In my accompanying letter, I included words to the effect that I have lost confidence in this particular body - and encouraged them to consider sending me a replacement! Although I'm only an amateur, I am an extremely loyal customer. All they have to do to verify that statement is to look at all the Nikon gear I have registered with them. I expect their flagship DSLR body to be DEPENDABLE.
