Oops.. it was not me who had the pin problem this time. David G. was the unfortunate person who experienced the pin problem this time. I merely related some of my experience of many months ago and pointed out a couple of things I thought he should know. I hope that NIKON USA is as good to him as NIKON CANADA was to me. My D4 was fixed in less than a week which was simply awesome.
Arthur I think your idea of the pink tape is a great idea to prevent impulsive persons like myself from rushing in and jamming the pins a second time!! Thanks a million for the suggestion.
