You can get the specs for both cameras from DPReview: the D1 and the D100.

Otherwise you'd come very close by comparing the D1h to the D100. The advantages the D1h gains over the D1 are:

  • Much less noise at high ISOs

  • Maximum frame rate of 5fps (vs. 4.5fps for the D1)
  • Maximum buffer size of 40 shots (vs. 21 for the D1)

  • User selectable colour spaces (sRGB and AdobeRGB)

  • ISO sensitivity can be selected in 1/2 or 1/3 stops

  • Custom function settings are displayed as text on the colour LCD

  • Image magnification in playback mode

  • Support for the Microdrive

  • Can compress RAW mode files
