CCD's don't suffer from reciprocity problems, but the longer the exposure, the more you see CCD noise in your image. The D100 helps eliminate this with it's Noise reduction (NR) mode. In NR mode the camera takes a second exposure with the shutter closed to get a picture of the inherent CCD thermal noise for that exposure time, then subtracts this noise from the original photo. This seems to eliminate most of the noise from long exposures.
