I had a similar discussion (digital vs film) with another photographer and he said theat with digital, there is no reciprocity failure.

I have taken images of flowing water using long shutter speeds in daylight and at night. To me it looks like it would on film. Excuse my ignorance, but what is reciprocity failure? Can you describe it or post an image?
