"Bill, Looking at your post, I can see me getting those "required" items, but do I really need a microdrive? I've got tons of HD space on my Comp."
Was wondering where the break would come for me to add something. The micro-drive is not for space you may have on the home computer, but for space on the camera. A 5mp JPEG for example can take up a lot of space. It would not take much on a safari to be out of room, especially if you are saving these files in any RAW format. I know an AP guy with a 1gig micor-drive and he fills it up in an afternoon with NEF files here in DC. And when you're out on vacation, or just generally shooting, finding another drive is harder than finding film! Especially if you're in Artartica
