Well the 70-300 non-VR Nikon is definitely not a great lens so that should go for sure.
If you like having one less that is a good, all purpose walk around, the the 28-200 is handy. If you don't shoot that way, it seems like duplication.
I would decide between the 18-55 or 28-80 Nikons. I'd be surprised if it was better than the 18-55.
It also seems to me that the 70-210 Nikon and 70-300 Quantaray/Sigma are redundant. Do you need 300mm? I suspect the Nikon is sharper, but i've never used it. You could sell them both and get wither the 70-300 Nikon VR or 70-300 Tamron SP VC USD. That will cover that range for you with a high quality lens.
Of course, I don't know what you like to shoot and what you need, but that's my cursory appraisal.
