If, as you say, the seller recognizes the error, accepts that it was their mistake and expects no redress from you, your options come down to:1) Keep the f/2.8 lens.2) Be an extremely nice person and return the lens.3) Sell the f/2.8 lens, buy an f/4 lens and pocket the difference.Whether you want to do #2 depends on how you want to perceive yourself. If you would feel better giving the seller a break, so be it, and more power to you.But if you don't, and given that you find the f/2.8 lens to your liking, it probably makes more sense to keep it.
