I had no idea that KEH was a part of Amazon. Never heard that anywhere. I have not bought from them recently and was unaware they were now charging tax. Amazon gave in and is now charging tax in PA so I avoid purchases of any consequence from them. The problem that I have noted in my dealings with KEH is primarily in their evaluation of used equipment for purchase. One does not expect to receive retail but a close brush with reasonable wholesale would be nice. On the upside, when making a direct purchase without trade you won't see any great deals but they can be trusted to stand behind the item. Sadly, without a reasonable trade in pricing policy I can't do much with them. Unless perhaps I hit the lottery one day.
