How can I open Raw files from D3200 into Photoshop CS4 or even Adobe Bridge. It is telling me it is not the right kind of document. I need this for my course work. Thank you.

You can't do it, at least not directly. CS4 was dropped years ago, and the D3200 is brand new. No support has been built into CS4 (or CS5, for that matter) for the D3200 files.
The only ways to do this are:
1) upgrade to CS6 (or Lightroom4, or Elements 10), or
2) download Adobe's DNG converter (free) and convert your NEFs into DNG, which CS4 can process.

well im not 100% sure about cs4,
but im using cs5 and they brought out an update so you can edit raw,
have a search on google, (AdobeCameraRaw-6.7-mul-AdobeUpdate)
as i said that's for cs5 and works a treat (might work might not
also Microsoft do a a codec pack now that lets you view your raw files,
search for MicrosoftCodecPack_amd64 and you should be good to go.
hope it helps
or if all else fails use lightroom 4 lol
great program im just getting to grips with

Sorry, but ACR 6.7 does not suppoert NEF files from the D3200. To take that route (as pointed out above), you'd need ACR 7.1, which is not compatible with CS4 or CS5, only with CS6.
The Microsoft Codec only allows NEF files to be viewed, not opened into Photoshop as was requested.
