I used this a few times (definitely less than a dozen). It has an inner layer that is completely waterproof (including a very stiff waterproof zipper). Your equipment will literally float in water! It has an outer layer that can be zipped in addition to or instead of, for when you don't need the full water proof protection.

Mine was purchased 3 or 4 years ago and is all black. The mfg's website shows the current version that is black/yellow.
