I've been looking into quick release plates for use with the Z7 and have a question about whether a plate would also be needed/recommended on the FTZ adapter. Big, heavy lenses have their own tripod feet, so the attachment point to a tripod for those would be from the lens, but what about shorter F lenses? Should the support point be at the FTZ adapter or on the camera?
