Thu 20-Sep-18 11:34 AMLOL. Snapbridge is an imperfect product at this point at least for the three things I have done with it. I use it with complete satisfaction to set the camera's clock and to add GPS data. All you have to do is turn it on after the one time initial setup.
I haven't had good luck transferring photos. It's hit or miss.
I plan to try the remote function when I'm out on the ANPAT in 10 days.-

GM3SF Registered since 12th Sep 2018Thu 20-Sep-18 12:23 PMYou’re being kind with saying it’s “imperfect” LOL. The transfer of photos is cumbersome at best. I have a D5500 as a backup (smaller) body and it uses the older “Nikon wireless mobility” app and that actually has always worked pretty well. Certainly better than SnapBridge.
I’m hoping the Z cameras do better with this. For people like us I don’t think it’s a huge deal, but as a company, with all the competition smartphones are presenting to camera manufacturers, you’d think they put a real effort to making it work more seemlessly.Gus M.

Can this App enter GPS data into the cameras NEF or does it only work with jpeg ?
