Fri 08-Jan-21 01:59 PMThat's odd. The Z7II has been shipping for almost a month now. If they placed an order, they should have gotten some cameras. The camera is still in short supply, and all pre-orders have not been filled yet. But all dealers are given the same allocation of cameras - even if it's just 1-2 units per shipment. Nikon has shipped at least two and probably three batches of cameras so far.
Check with Noah at Hunt's, Brad Berger at Berger Brothers, or some of the other smaller dealers like Roberts. Let them know you are with Nikonians.Eric Bowles

Fri 08-Jan-21 05:03 PMThanks Eric. Checked with Berger Bros and they shared they’ve been getting very few dribble in. I’m guessing I’ll just stick with the local shop and be patient. Or there’s always canon,,, (JK).

Sat 30-Jan-21 11:01 PMThanks Marty. There is a bit of a learning curve coming from a DSLR, not to bad though it has that Nikon layout and feel.
I really like the I menu. Saves a lot of time sifting through the menus.

Wondering what folks are hearing regarding shipping and receipt of Z7ii. I pre-ordered mine before Thanksgiving through local camera shop who is usually among the first getting stuff from Nikon. My rep checked with his Nikon Rep who told him he has no idea when they may receive z7ii's and don't expect anything soon. What are other folks hearing?
