Hi all

I have had success transmitting photos from my Z50 to my iMac in the past. Now when I try to do it, it doesn't work. I go to Setup Menu>Connect to PC>Network Settings

Here's where I have a problem. Under Network Settings, I see a list of every "profile" I have created in the past. (Z_50_P3012715). If I click on one of these and say OK, then the camera returns to the previous menu. But nothing else happens. The profile does not show up as a network option on my computer.

My real trouble is that when I scroll down to "Create Profile," that field is grayed out. I have no access to it.

Has anyone else run into this? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
