Fri 11-Mar-22 11:53 PMHi André
A bit of a mystery there, If you did that in LR, it should not have happened,
If you grabbed a folder "outside" of LR that may happen ?
If you open LR
Select the single file you want to send (make sure you only highlight the ones you want to send
Right click on that file
A panel will pop up
select colour space sRGB
limit file size to 500kb
Imaging resizing
- personal choice, I usually go by 500 x 500

Thank you for your help.
I am pretty new to LR and still learning. I remember having used the Export functionality. I suspect that all the files were selected.
I have fixed the problem by deleting the folder using LR and re-importing the files.
Thanks.André

Sat 12-Mar-22 05:03 AMAll good André
Just remember to do everything with the files in LR, for example,
If move one of the files in a folder while you are not in LR,
LR will not be able to find it

Yesterday I wanted to send one of the hundreds of photo I have taken last week in Costa Rica to a friend. I was in LightRoom, went in the File menu, chose Send by email (my translation from my french menu) and sent the photo.
This morning I went back in Lighroom and discovered that all the NEF photo in that folder have been converted to jpg. I should have done something wrong without noticing.
I still have the NEF on a portable disk drive. What is the best way to get those NEF back. Erase the jpg and re-import the NEF?
And by the way, if you have an idea of what happen, let me know.
Thanbk you,
