Goofing around with a photo today I discovered a quirk in exporting. I had a blown out photo that I did some post processing on to make it look okay. On the skin tones I used a bilateral blur and the Inpainting Brush Tool. The photo looks good in Affinity before exporting.

For exporting I always use the Lanczos 3 Non-Separable resampling. For this photo I reduced it from 5247 vertical to 1080 pixels vertical. Upon viewing the exported version the spots where the Inpainting tool was used look sort of like "donuts". I exported again using bilinear and the photo looks fine.
