I occasionally use PSP X9, and recently inadvertent;y changed some settings that changed the appearance of the program. How do I reset this software to the way it came out of the box -- its default settings? I'm sure there's some way short of uninstalling an reinstalling! (Or I sure hope there is!)

/ file / preferences / reset preferences / reset workspace /
Keep in mind that if you have any custom toolbars, you will probably lose them.

I had purchased it in Sept 2016 and they still had all the proof of purchase. So that's what I did. It runs much faster and everything is as I want it. Where have the old days gone... cameras with f/stops and shutter speeds... "post processing" in the dark with the radio playing softly and a glow-in-the-dark clock keeping track of stuff...? But thanks for stepping up!Alan

I had a similar problem and was told to reboot the program while holding the Shift Key down. You will get a message, click yes and carry on. When rebooted the program is ready to use in its original setup. Have used this a few times without any problems. Good luck hope it solves your problem.
