Question about PS 7 upgrade

Fri 11-Jul-03 10:00 AMPer Adobe\'s site: "Upgrade does not apply to Photoshop Elements, Photoshop Limited Edition, or Adobe PhotoDeluxe owners." In the past, they have offered an upgrade path from LE, but at a higher cost but I do not see this offered right now.
You can upgrade to Photoshop Elements though and receive a $30 rebate.
Still, there oughta be some way to get to the full version...

Can I upgrade to PS 7 with the purchase of the PS 7 upgrade?
Just want to make sure I don't need to buy the full version of PS7.
