1. The new Nikon AF-S Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR, is the latest bargain long lens from Nikon (as far as I know). You guys have obviously heard of this lens, and it is a good one, but since I acquired the older AFS 200-400mm f/4 zoom, I don't need both. It's been used very little, but I do have a lens plate for it that I would be glad to include. I'm hoping to net $1200 for the lens with all the stuff it originally came with (I am the original owner, bought from B&H almost a year ago to the day).
2. The old Nikkor AF 300mm f/2.8 ED-IF, is the old standby that you probably also remember and it has served well and continues to work very well in my opinion, but again, I don't need it much with the other long lenses I have. I am also hoping to net $1200 for this lens as it is still a valuable resource even considering its age. I'll be glad to send images if you are interested. It comes with a 2X TC and in the hard metal 'suitcase' case with space for its accessories (the TC for instance) and manuals (although I don't remember at the moment if I have the manuals, but I probably do).
Ask about either of the above and I'll do my best to satisfy your curiosity.
