I see Marumi makes a 67mm Apochromat 200 (5+) and 330 (3+) close up lens.
I also ran across at Canon 240 C-8 Close-Up Lens. It is listed a being for movie cameras. I wonder if it will work on a still camera.
I find the apochromatic close-up lease are usually good.
