I now have the 400mm f/2.8E FL. I had already pretty much decided to sell. Now I am looking at the Z 400mm f/2.8 to purchase, assuming it is significantly lighter. I may just get the 600mm f/4E FL that appears to be 1.6 lbs. lighter than the 400mm. I could use the extra reach anyway. I am pushing 80 years, so I don't have a long time to wait for a lens that is not even on the roadmap. Guess we will know on the 14th.
