The annual Best of Nikonians Photos Contest is the premier contest here at Nikonians. Each year we recognize ten members for the outstanding work that they enter in our contests.

The first phase of the annual contest is our monthly Master Your Vision category contests. These include Wildlife, Landscape, Close-Up/Macro, Travel, Digital Artistry, and the Online Assignment. The winners of theses contests are automatically advanced as Finalists in the Annual Best of Nikonians Contest.

We also hold four themed contests in order to expand opportunities to images that do not fit the monthly categories. Five images from each segment are automatically advanced as Finalists in the Annual Best of Nikonians Contest.

MEET THE CONTEST TEAM

The team behind Nikonians Contests and Assignments are administrators and moderators at Nikonians, they are all versatile and experienced photographers. The team’s mission is to facilitate and manage the Contests and Assignments. They ensure that all contests and polls are posted in a timely manor and that entries are relevant to the posted theme and within the rules. The members of the contest team are always available to assist members with any questions regarding the contests or assignments.
