As
if to help me to demonstrate how easy it is to operate
a Markins ballhead even under heavy loads and how
it won't move once locked, my grandson was most
curious of it and he seemed to like it as much
as I do. The Markins was then mounted on a Manfrotto
440 Carbon Fiber, loaded with the F5 with 80-200mm
f/2.8D ED AF-S Nikkor and Pro-T Stroboframe bracket
with SB-28 speedlight. Although I use the ball
head at is "sweet spot", I locked it in position
and it did not move a millimeter, even
after
my
grandson's
inquisitive and energetic inspection, critical
for macro work.
