Doesn't matter to me personally, the permissions yes, but the video shot in Chicago, tells me all I need to know about it.

That clip was not from any of the Nikon promo videos, maybe a local distributor in Thailand added that last 4 seconds to show a D800 but the US promotion featured the shoots from Chicago that were we documented to be using Nikon gear.
Seems like some Fanboys are getting scared that their brand is suddenly playing second fiddle.
