"32GB Cards"

Jacksonville, US

Has anyone used a 32GB card in a D700? Any reason that it wouldn't work? Thanks!

Hi Mike,

I use Sandisk 32GB cards in my D700 and they work perfectly.
Good Luck and Enjoy your Nikons!

Best Regards,
Marty

I standardized on 32GB cards years ago. I tend to favor Transcend 400X cards. They are reliable, and nobody counterfeits them.

Thanks, everyone, for the helpful replies. I'm gonna load up a 32G card for a big event this weekend!

I do the same with my D3, except I use both Kingston and Transcend. They seem to work equally well, and no one counterfeits either one.

I'm using a Lexar 400X 32GB with my D700 and have not had any problems with its use in the camera. When plugging the card into a card reader attached to my computer, the computer doesn't immediately recognize it as formatted with files. After 30 seconds and a couple of refreshes, it works fine. This does not occur with 16 or 8 GB cards. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. It's a mystery, but not much of a problem.
