"Nikon D800 issues with Cards"

I finally got my D800 today, the only one the store got in and I was first on the list, very excited !!

I am having a format issue though with my cards.
The one card is a Transcend 32GB CF card and the other a Sandisk Extreme 8GB SD card.

When I go in the menue to format the cards nothing happens, I press on OK to format the card but it dont format.. either one of them.

It takes photos and save it to the cards but I cant format.

Are you sure that you are pressing "OK," or are you pressing the center of the multi-selector?

Thank you, yes I was pressing the center button because that is the OK button on the D7000 but now I seen the OK button on the side
