If you upload a jpeg to Flickr you can read all the EXIF data, including shutter count.

If you have Photoshop
Open RAW file in PS
Click on File, File Info.
Go to Advanced Tab.
Click on Schema.
Read Image Number.

I wish this worked in Lightroom (v4.x). As I don't have Photoshop, I go here: http://www.camerashuttercount.com as per dearlg's suggestion.
