I'm not going on about the "left side" thing here. I'm considering taking the plunge and trying another D800 and I'm just wondering how people are finding the AF system in general. As any flaws in the AF are more noticeable with such a high - res sensor I'm interested in hearing form people who have used it with fast lenses down to f1.4


Do those of you who have used a D700 find it to be generally more/less accurate or about the same? Also in terms of speed is it more/less snappy or the same?

I'd be grateful to hear how you are finding it so far
