This was the first time I have had the D800 out shooting HS football under nasty lighting. I have a new assistant and needed an extra body.I usually cover H/S foootball with a D3S. I was using a 200 f2, 1/800th@ F2.0 and ISO 8063. This image is approx a 100% crop. I processed this in Lightroom4. Sharpened @90, Noise reduction @ 70. I'm OK with this. Not to shabby..

VERY impressive. I haven't run my body above ISO 3200 yet, but I will be using it in theatre so I'll be pushing it up above 3200.

My heavy crop birding stuff at ISO 2500 and 3200 impressed me so far.

Great shot.... looks sharp, yes the D800 really looks nice up to 6400 from the photos I have taken as well... and Nice Gallery SteveK !
