I have posted this on dpreview, but thought it might be of interested here too. Since I don't know how to upload images here (just registered), here is a link to the original article:

It shows how to get rid of the amplifier glow which impacts the D800 IQ at higher ISO's. Now if Nikon could allow LENR at any shutter speed
