Well i broke down and bought the V1 with 10mm and 10-30mm its was $400 boxing week sale. What a great addition to my regular D700. Love the 10mm lens and the easy use if the camera. Yes manage to pick up the flash too for $60 brand new also boxing week sale.

That's about $60/month...worth it?

PS I bought my V1 full price (now my wife's) and V2 full price...I think they were worth it (life is too short to wait)

That's how I look at it. And it works out well enough for me. I'm giving my V1 to my fiancée and I'll still get visiting rights.
