I was just looking through some V2 shots on Flickr. Some very nice shots out there.
You read about test scores and all that stuff, but it's always nice for me to see actual results and judge for myself whether they look good or not.

Definitely. I think too many people judge a camera, lens, or system based on specs instead of their eyes. I learned that a long time ago when a pro showed me how good of a result they could get with something I thought was hopeless. I realized the limitation was me -- not the equipment.

When I was an active auto racer I learned that it's not what you drive, it's how you drive that produces good results. I live by the same philosophy with photography. My primary body is a D3S, but I also own a V2, regardless of the "numbers" say. It is the perfect lightweight option for me.
