"Shutter Release Cable"

Does the Nikon 1 V1 use the MC-DC2 or just the wireless remote?

Thanks

As far as I can see the MC-DC2 uses a 10-pin, which is useless for a J/V1 So it will be the wireless remote ...

It's not THAT bad, is it? The Nikon 1 has front and rear eyes for the remote.

There are many features that pro bodies can do that just aren't built into the 1 cameras... We have to wrap our heads around the idea that this is a VERY advanced consumer P&S camera but it's simply not a feature rich studio quality camera.
